The platforms on which companies meet their target groups have also been undergoing radical change in the B2B sector for some time now. In addition to sales and distribution, communication is characterized by strong digitalization.

Nevertheless, one should not lose sight of personal dialogue, which – in the right environment and on the right occasions – is nowadays much more compressed in the provision of information and must also offer more entertainment in the B2B sector.
