With work experience
Do you already have communication-related experience under your belt but are looking for a new place for fresh adventures? Then let’s do this! Together, we can search for a suitable job. Let’s just talk.
Without work experience
Young people have several possible ways to dive into agency life with us: as an intern, student assistant or trainee. We think long-term here, and we’d like to cultivate young talent. How do we do that? If you work with us, you will be a fully-fledged member of the team starting on Day 1 and will be able to take on responsibility. On top of that, our trainee programme is certified by the German Academy for Public Relations (dapr).
As a career changer
Are you a good communicator? Are you interested in PR and forward-looking topics? But you haven’t worked at an agency yet? No problem.
Instead, it’s a chance to try out something new. So let’s talk. If everything clicks, you’ll get the green light for an intensive onboarding process and even closer collaboration on a team.

That’s why, with us, you will have plenty of room for your own ideas, will be in close contact with our clients, and will be able to fully indulge your passion for communication. A motivating & supportive environment. We have a lot of fun working together. And that’s why we make sure to treat each other fairly and with respect. Team spirit is our top priority. We are always approachable and ready to lend a hand. With us, there are no dumb questions.
Mobile work & home office. We don’t care where you work. What counts for us is the result. Whether in the office, at home or in a café – you are free to choose your favourite workplace in consultation with your team.
Workation. Need to get away from it all? Then do it. With us, you can work remotely for 60 days a year (within the EU).
Flexible working time models. Full-time, part-time, your time. We offer flexible working time arrangements geared to your individual needs. We no longer have set (AKA “core”) working hours.
Fair overtime policies. Working overtime should remain the exception. But if you do have to work overtime, you will be compensated for it.
30 days of holiday. Recharging our batteries is important. That’s why we let you unwind for 30 days each year. And our agency is closed over the Christmas holidays.
Mobility allowance. How you get to work is your choice. But we offer a variety of ways to boost your mobility. Whether bike leasing, the “Deutschland-Ticket” for local public transit, or an allowance for your commuting expenses, we will find a solution that matches how you want to roll.
Mentoring programme. When you start with us, in addition to going through a comprehensive onboarding process, you will also have an experienced consultant at your side who can answer all your (work-related) questions.
Exchange programme with our international partner network. Looking beyond our own horizons is important to us. That’s why our GCA exchange programme gives you a chance to get a taste of everyday life at our partner agencies – naturally on location.
Regular trainings as individuals and teams. We expand and hone our employees’ skills – both in-house and externally. We learn from and with each other. And we receive regular training from experts. For example, there are writing and concept workshops as well as trainings on time and conflict management.
Doing good out of conviction. We regularly support social projects. One example: the Tumba Kimbi project, which gives children in Kenya and other East African countries access to education.
Office dog. We like cuddly co-workers, too. If your team (and your dog) give its blessing, you’re welcome to bring your dog to the office.
